PETALING JAYA: With Hari Raya Aidilfitri spent under the movement control order, some companies went the extra mile to bring cheer to staff members on duty.
Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd brought some cheer to their colleagues working at the company’s call centre by dropping off some festive goodies.
The workers manning the call centre in their Hari Raya best were so happy to receive boxes of delights from the company’s head of user experience Farop Mohd Sharif, who dropped by with group chief executive officer Effendy Shahul Hamid and chief operating officer Mohd Halmi Mohd Hassan.
Meanwhile, Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar owner Burhan Mohamed helped John Tam, general manager of Citta Mall and Klang Parade, distribute food packets and duit raya to 66 security guards and 59 cleaners who were working as Ramadan drew to a close.
Burhan and Tam said they were happy to give a special treat to the often overlooked front line workers who kept malls safe for patrons as they prepared for Hari Raya.
